6. User Registration

Sending Invitations

To send invitations to users, either:

• Find the user in the Users list, and select “Send Registration” from the context menu next to the user.
• Set up your user Synchronisation and enable the switch “Send registration”.

NB: Before sending invitations, make sure that you have communicated with your employees and they are aware of NoahFace Go.

Accepting Invitations

Users will receive their invitations via SMS if they have their mobile phone number recorded, and otherwise by Email, so it is important you have one of those contact methods recorded in NoahFace.

The invitation will contain a message such as the following:

Users simply need to install the NoahFace Go App and then open the provided link as instructed. The NoahFace Go App can be found on:

NB: Users must install the NoahFace Go App before they click on the invitation link, or the link will not work.

NB: Activation links can only be used once. If a user attempts to use their activation link on a second device, it will not work.
