As a key feature of the NoahFace Privacy Policy, the NoahFace platform automatically and permanently deletes data that has served its useful purpose. Specifically, the following data retention and disposition rules are enforced:
The NoahFace platform automatically deletes Events older than the organisation’s retention period.
The NoahFace platform automatically deletes Visitors that no longer have any recorded Events.
The NoahFace platform automatically deletes Dashboard Logins that have not been used for more than one year. This will not delete the associate User; only their Dashboard login.
When Users are deleted, either manually or automatically by a user synchronisation, they are initially “soft deleted” (ie: retained in the database but hidden from the default view).
This enables these Users and their associated Events to be restored if needed. The NoahFace platform permanently deletes these Users after the organisation’s retention period.
