2. Selecting your iPad

The most recent iPad models have the best cameras, touch screens, and processing capabilities, so it is recommended to purchase a new iPad for your NoahFace installation.

Apple offers multiple iPad models. We recommend:

• The standard iPad if your primary concern is the lowest price.
• The iPad Mini if your primary concern is the best aesthetics.
• The iPad Pro if your your primary concern is the strongest fraud detection.

Unless you have extreme requirements (ie: 1000s of events captured per day per iPad), select the lowest storage capacity for your chosen iPad model.

Most NoahFace installations are connected to the network using Wifi, so generally you do not need an iPad model with cellular connectivity. However, if you do not have a reliable Wifi network, cellular connectivity is supported.
