Introduction

This guide is intended to assist NoahFace administrators with the process of setting up their NoahFace solution with NoahFace’s mobile App.

Employees can use NoahFace Go to record their Time and Attendance while they are working from home or from multiple work locations. They can use it to record:

  • The time start work, take breaks, and finish work.
  • The time they start each task (by task type).
  • The time they start each job (by job number and job type).

Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders can use NoahFace Go to:

  • View the current status of employees and their recent events.
  • Receive notifications when employees have been clocked in too long.
  • Clock in or out employees who have forgotten to do so.
  • Manage ad-hoc work crews and perform group clocking.
  • Manage evacuations for employees and visitors.
