NoahFace Visitor Registration supports label / badge printing, so that a sticky label such as the following is printed for each visitor:
The NoahFace App can print to any label printer that supports Airprint and prints to labels that are at least 62mm in width. The recommended printer is as follows:
Brother QL -810W
The label printer must be on the same network as the iPad running the NoahFace App. You can select your label printer in the NoahFace App under:
Settings / Options / Visitor Registration
By default, when the label has been queued for printing, the visitor will have to press a final Sign In button. The text on this button can be configured as follows:
apiin=Done
If you want to skip this final button press altogether, specify:
apimode=auto
Finally, if you prefer to use terminology other than “label” (such as “badge”), specify:
label=badge
Each of the four lines on the label can be configured by specifying the screen details options: l1, l2, l3, and l4. Each line can contain either fixed text and/or the following variables:
So, for example, you might choose to configure your label content as follows:
l1=VISITOR, l2=[NAME], l3=[DATE] - [TIME], l4=Temperature: [TEMP]
Note: Label / Badge Printing is mutually exclusive with 3rd party system integration. You can only use one of these features on an instance of the NoahFace App.
