3. Installing your UFR101 Bluetooth Thermometer

Position

You should mount your thermometer approximately 30cm to the right of your iPad.

Height

If you only have a single iPad and thermometer, you should mount your thermometer at a lower height than the iPad camera. It may be necessary for taller people to bend over slightly to measure their temperature, but this will make it possible for shorter people to measure their temperature.

If you have a larger workforce, you should consider purchasing two iPads and twothermometers, each mounted at different heights. This will make it easier for employees of varying heights to measure their temperatures.

Power

You can power your thermometer either with rechargeable batteries or with the supplied USB cable.

Connectivity

The NoahFace App connects to the UFR101 via Bluetooth.

‍

Note: This UFR101 Bluetooth Thermometer cannot be used at the same time (ie: using the same iPad) as an Alcohol Screening device or Label Printing.

Base Configuration

Start by logging into the NoahFace Dashboard and selecting the organisation that you want to use Temperature Screening with. Select the Access Points menu and then the Access Point Types tab, and then either add or modify your access point type.
