Step 1 Whether set to Normal Day or Interviews, identify what times the school bells aren’t ringing and then write them down on a piece of paper

Step 2 Check all the programmed times are correct for the NORMAL DAY or INTERVIEWS timetable.

IMPORTANT : When viewing a programmed time, make sure the correct days of the week are selected at the bottom of the screen. There needs to be a black horizontal line above the days that the bell should ring.

Step 3 Check that you have programmed the correct AM/PM or 24 hour based times depending on which time format your AutoBell module is set too

Step 4 Add any times which are missing from the programmed times.
