Step 1  Move the MODE SWITCH (1) to the P2 position

Step 2  Your first INTERVIEWS bell time will be displayed on the screen

Step 3  Open the LATCH under the screen

Step 4  PRESS and HOLD the CLEAR (7) button until ‘ALL’ appears on the screen

Step 5  Press the WRITE (3) button to delete all programmed times for your INTERVIEWS

Step 6  Your INTERVIEWS bell times have now been deleted. Move the MODE SWITCH (1) back to the RUN position
