Step 1 Move the MODE SWITCH (1) to the P2 position
Step 2 Your first INTERVIEWS bell time will be displayed on the screen
Step 3 Now PRESS the WRITE button and you will then see how many seconds the duration for your first INTERVIEWS bell time is set for.
Step 4 PRESS the WRITE button again and you will now see your second INTERVIEWS bell time.
Step 5 Continue pressing the WRITE button until you have scrolled through all of your programmed bell times and have reached the end. This will be indicated by flashing horizontal lines
Step 6 The flashing horizontal lines is where you will now enter the new bell time to be added. IMPORTANT: It doesn't matter what order you programme your bell times. The AutoBell will always ring the bell at the time programmed, it ignores the programming sequence.
Step 7 Choose the desired HOUR time by pressing the H (5) button.
Step 8 Choose the desired MINUTE time by pressing the M (4) button then STOP
Before saving the time, you must choose which days of the week this bell should ring.
Ensure there are black lines above the days you want it to ring.
Step 9 Press the correct DAY KEY (13) button to add or remove the black line from each day of the week.
Step 10 Once you are happy with the selected HOUR/MINUTE/DAYs press the WRITE (3) button
Step 11 You should now see a line or number flashing on the screening. This represents the number of seconds this bell time will ring for. Press M (4) button to select the number of seconds you would like the bell to ring for. You can use the HOLIDAY/DOWN (2) button to go backwards
NOTE – Most schools have their INTERVIEWS bell times set for 3 seconds ring duration
Step 12 Press the WRITE (3) button once you have chosen the number of seconds for the ring duration and this will save your new bell time.
Step 13 If you're finished programming your bell times, move the MODE SWITCH (1) back to the RUN position, your INTERVIEWS mode has been updated.
If you would like to add another bell time, you can do so in the flashing lines - go straight back to Step 6 and run through this again.
